This property is located just outside of the "Activity Center" designation for the City. Critical Project Challenge
The biggest challenge for any developer was to actually financially close Laurel Highlands. This project had changed hands countless times from developer to developer prior to 2009. Some might have said Laurel Highlands was cursed. I know this having been the Construction Manager for JPI on this project when the market crashed in 2008. After the lay off, I proved once again that necessity is the mother of invention. Hence the John Reid Companies was born and subsequently was hired by Alliance to help them financially close the project.
